Data-Driven Media Buyer (Performance Marketing Specialist)

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Media Buyer to manage and scale our clients’ paid marketing campaigns.

This is not a beginner role. We need someone who thinks in data, not assumptions.

Your Core Responsibilities
• Own the entire media buying process (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop data-backed media plans aligned with business goals
• Execute, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns
• Identify performance bottlenecks, tracking issues, and leaks
• Fix errors and improve conversion efficiency (CPA, ROAS)
• Provide strategic consultation for scaling campaigns
• Deliver clear, actionable reports (not vanity metrics)
• Generate consistent, targeted sales through paid channels

What We Expect
• Strong understanding of performance marketing & funnel strategy
• Ability to make decisions based on data, not guesswork
• Experience managing high-budget ad accounts
• Deep knowledge of tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, attribution models)
• Skilled in testing frameworks (creative, audience, offer)
• Problem-solver mindset with a focus on scaling profitably

Important Note

You must be comfortable handling high-budget campaigns and be accountable for real sales results, not just clicks or impressions.

Work Details
• Working Hours: Flexible (to be discussed)
• Weekly Off: Friday

Salary: 30,000 BDT/month
